Well, I just finished it. It's hard to see the details in the pictures because it is such a 'busy' print. I am planning on making another one with different fabric as soon as possible, and maybe the details will show up better. I'm not sure if I want to embellish the dress with lace or trim yet, still thinking on it.
Oh, and it's a BAD hair day today...ugh.
Oh, and if you click the pics it will get larger.
I think the dress is somewhat slenderizing, which is a big plus for me.
So, what do you think?

LOVE the dress! If you get dress-making crazy, I'll send you my measurements. ;-)
Wow! I woudl NEVER guess it was a sheet. It is VERY PRETTY! And very slenderizing! That little seam under your bust does that :) It looks very comfy. I would leave it just like it is. Seriously, it's very pretty!! You sew very well :)
You did a beautiful job! Enjoy! :)

Nice dress!!! And to think it came from a sheet! Wow! Great work too.
Hugs!
P.S. make me one. :D
Very pretty on you! I used to make my nursing pants out of twin white sheets. You look comfortable and the neckline is an excellent choice for you. It looks very feminine. Love the sleeves too. Good job Mamma!
Lovely dress. It suits you very well.
It is very attractive on you. Did you realize the pun when you said it was a big plus for you. LOL.
You did a nice job.
What a sweet dress! I could NEVER sew a dress.
Thanks so much for all the sweet comments. I wore my dress to church today, and well the whole day because I still have it on. Anyways, I got lots of compliments especially since they heard it was formerly a sheet :)
Oh, and no I didn't realize that I said a pun on the 'I think the dress is slenderizing which is a big plus of me'. Doh!! I laughed big time when I re-read it. Silly me :)
The dress is great! :) I couldn't do that great...mine would be all uneven at the bottom. Congrats! Now, back to the quilt? :D
