I'm nosy and like to know what other people are eating, so, I'll post what our menu is for the week, starting this past Monday. (just dinners, breakfasts aren't consistent or that interesting)
Monday: "Goulash"- ground meat, veggies, tomato sauce, pasta
salad
Tuesday: Italian ham and bean soup (onion, celery, carrot, garlic, white beans, ham, chicken broth, tomato paste, basil, finely chopped spinach and tiny pasta called ditalini)
More salad with homemade ranch dressing
cornbread and butter
Wednesday: "Sloppy Cornbread" (sloppy joe mix with cornbread on top)
cole slaw
sour cream apple pie
Thursday: Crockpot roasted chicken
brown rice pilaf and chicken gravy
bacon green beans
Friday: homemade baked macaroni and cheese
homemade baked beans
cole slaw
possibly homemade chocolate ice cream
Saturday: bean and beef burritos with fixings
Sunday: leftovers or sandwiches/eggs and toast
Monday: chicken curry
brown rice and ginger carrot salad
Tuesday: Awesome salmon patties (the recipe is here somewhere)
mashed potatoes
corn
Wednesday: spaghetti, garlic bread, salad

well, our week was:breaded and fried chicken cutlets,w/mac and cheese, ravioli w/ homemade sauce,sausage and italian bread, marinated london broil,w/garlic mashed potatoes,roasted chicken w/egg noodles and chiken gravey,tonite i may go out for chinese buffet with a friend, hubby and kids go to mil and eat someting there, oh, also chicken wraps, and fries...im out of ideas till next week!
I just put up my menu, and noticed that we have a few similar dinners. Pretty cool. :-)
Your menus never cease to amaze me. They sound so creative and nutritous and YUMMY! You should start a cooking blog. I would love to know how you make your ginger carrot salad.
