I did exercise today! I have been putting it off for so long and I finally just did it--- for about 25 minutes...I am sadly out of shape, but not as bad as I thought. I don't feel like jello, but more energized. If I can keep it up I'll be hunting some harder tapes soon. The sugar is ok, not totally absent from my diet today, but it's a gradual process :)
