Kitchen Tip Tuesday

On Tammy's Website, she has Kitchen Tip Tuesday, where readers can submit various tips and tricks for the kitchen. This isn't profound or anything, but when I am cutting and chopping veggies etc. I use a garbage bowl. Sometimes I will just use a paper plate, or even the container that ground meat is packaged in, and as I'm peeling potatoes or chopping, or opening cans, I put the trash in the bowl, rather than making several trips back and forth to the trashcan. And if it's disposable, then it all goes into the trash, or even if you use a bowl, it just needs a quick wash.
